Red Metal Resources Announces Change of Independent Auditors
THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 8, 2010) - Red Metal Resources Ltd. (PINK SHEETS:RMES), a resource company focused on growth through acquiring, exploring and developing copper-gold assets in Chile, today announced that the Company appointed Dale Matheson Carr-Hilton LaBonte LLP as its new independent auditors, as of September 30, 2009, replacing the firm of Mendoza Berger & Company, LLP. The decision to change auditors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mendoza Berger on any matter of accounting principals or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.
